It’s helpful clarify whether you are lacking physical energy, motivation, or both, so you can seek the underlying causes more efficiently. Physical energy and motivation go hand in hand, but one aspect may stand out for you more.
Knowing which you are dealing with can help you more efficiently identify the underlying causes and choose long-term solutions.
Understand that Life is the Flow of Energy.
Quantum physics now says we are made of energy, not matter (read more here). That understanding can help you further determine how your energy is moving, and what to change.
To Create More Energy, Consider:
- Whether your energy is flowing too freely and leaking from you.
Some examples of this include giving to situations that do not serve you, and being in unhealthy relationships that chronically drain you.
- Your energy may be “stuck” and unavailable.
Some examples of this are health issues, tension, pain, and stress. All of this ties in with your beliefs and mindset as well. Where are you blocking yourself from reaching your full potential, living and loving unconditionally?Address your health issues, shift your beliefs, adjust your mindset. Open to your worth. Receive. Relax and de-stress.
- You may be spending your energy in ways that don’t serve you.
Fear-based choices of the Ego drain you, vs. love-infused heart-felt choices that motivate and sustain you. Giving of yourself conditionally (i.e., with unrealistic expectations) could also be a drain. Avoid negative situations, including news, people, etc.Are your fears realistic? Can you shift them to take off the edge and allow yourself to follow your heart (which is fueled by Source energy: unconditional LOVE)? Are your activities ones you enjoy, and supportive of your Soul’s intentions for this lifetime?
This boils down to receiving sufficiently from Source, whether that means prayer, and spiritual connection, or general self-care and nourishment. Quality food, hydration, sleep, rest, meditation, and exercise are also ways of refueling from Source energy. If nothing else, in the moment, breathe deeply to relax and refresh.
- Maintain balance between giving and receiving, as well as doing and being.
This should be self-explanatory. Input and output must be equal, right?
Spend Your Time Wisely to Create More Energy.
