Your body's saying, "Be YOU!"

Your Body’s Saying, “Be YOU!”

Your body’s saying, “Be YOU!”  It begins with a whisper, and if you don’t heed its message….. it gets louder.  First, you have to know enough to listen. Are you listening?

I’m pleased to share with you my first article from the newly launched international online magazine, Luminous Wisdom – Sophia “Follow Your Heart, Your Purpose: Your Body’s Saying, “Be YOU!”:

Embracing Change while Handling the Fear and Guilt

Embracing change isn’t always easy, but the right perspective can make it worth it in the end.  It will help you become the best version of YOU.  It’s time!

In my last article, I suggested Spring cleaning your life for more energy, joy, clarity and peace. Part of your Spring cleaning likely involves answering the call we all are receiving, i.e., to BE who we are YOU-niquely designed to BE – for the good of the Whole.  Even if you don’t recognize it as such, the TRUE longings in your heart are telling you, “BE YOU!” Always.

Embracing change of that nature can surely stir up resistance, masquerading as guilt and fear. Which can stop you dead in your tracks unless you are prepared to handle them.  I will share with you below how to make it easier.

It’s not always easy letting go and embracing change.

Change can be especially difficult when we are anchored by deeply ingrained habits and “belief baggage” with strong emotional ties.  Your “belief baggage” is especially difficult because it’s a part of your identity, a form of intellectual property, and your familiar home.  In other words, it’s your center and ground, your comfort zone.  Instinctively we protect what is “ours”, and our “home”.  All normal.

And, all holding you back if you aren’t willing to face it head on, feel the fear, and do it anyway.

You aren’t only changing a mental construct, you’re changing your programming, i.e. the wiring in your nervous system.  You’re opening to new ways.

Letting go and embracing change takes time, courage, persistence, and patience.

(It’s also helpful to have a support system, and a plan to help you navigate the journey.  Just sayin’. You know, like your life coach can do with you…).

Letting go and embracing change

What’s stressing you?

Think about the changes that, deep down, you’d really like to make.  The ones that you dismiss, or ignore, but which resurface repeatedly.  You know the ones I mean….

The changes that, if made, would ultimately land you in the most amazing place in your life.  That amazing place for which you are YOU-niquely designed to be.

What’s continually stressing you that needs to go (or needs a belief “re-vamp”)?  A relationship?  A job? A commitment?  Something else?

Which habits could use a little variety, or even hit the highway?

What’s missing that’s waiting for you to open the door and welcome it in?

Let yourself really feel into what it would be like if there were no limits, no excuses.   IF ANYTHING, and EVERYTHING were possible.  How would that feel to have your life EXACTLY as your heart longs for it to be?

How would your body feel?

I invite you to ask yourself, “What’s holding me back?”

And let the answer come through your heart, your gut, from your Higher Self.

Note how you may be limiting yourself with beliefs of impossibility, lack of worth, lack of self esteem,  “should’s”, and “musts”.

Be willing to admit what you’re afraid of.

How much of any of those limits is REALLY true?  Seriously.

Embracing change to be the best version of you...

Sometimes there’s guilt involved. Which is really fear in disguise.

And, you may not even know what you’re guilty about.  Regardless, its your beliefs at work.  Again, knowing yourself and drilling down are key.

Here are some questions to ask yourself to help you in that process:

  • Are you afraid of hurting someone by saying “no”?  Have you thought of how you might actually empower them to handle something themselves if you say “no”?
  • Is it REALLY true that you don’t deserve improvement?  Do you deserve to take your next breath or even eat when hungry? Aren’t those improvements of a sort? Where’s it fair to draw the line regarding what improvement you DO deserve?
  • Who’s suffering if you “improve”?  Might they benefit, learn, grow, or even become empowered if you improve?
  • Who are you dishonoring or disappointing by making a change?  Are you living YOUR life, or theirs? Aren’t they responsible for their own reactions?
  • What are you really afraid of?   Keep digging.  You answers ARE there.

If someone REALLY loves you unconditionally, they want what’s best for you, and what makes your heart sing.  And, that’s a two-way street, right?

None of us can decide what’s truly best for another.  We only know for certain what is going on inside of US, and what’s best for us.

It’s your birthright to become the best version of you.  It is your Purpose, and your destiny, to be the best YOU, and make your difference in the world.

And, everything you need to do that IS within you.   You will see it, feel it, know it if you look past the fear, and the guilt.

Bottom line…

Which is worse/more stressful?  Changing, or tolerating the way things are now?

Change isn’t necessarily all butterflies and roses.  But, personally, I prefer the stress associated with personal growth and improvement to that from tolerating something that isn’t a good fit for me.  It has a different quality to it. HOPE, ENTHUSIASM, OPTIMISM are mixed in.  That’s better than despair, pessimism, anger, and resentment-  in my book.

And, I also know that I have to be ready, which includes having a plan and support in place…..  Otherwise, the stress WILL be worse – because the anger, resentment, pessimism, and despair will creep into my “new” path to test my resolve as well…..

Create a balanced life for fulfillment and well-being

Create a Balanced Life for Fulfillment and Well-Being

Do you desire a more balanced life, but feel stuck when it comes to creating one?

A balanced life means something different to everyone.  What would a balanced life look and feel like to you?

To me, it means feeling calm, grounded, clear, focused, and on-track with a sense of connection, purpose, and meaning.  It also means having a handle on your life without being pulled too much in one direction.

How do you know if your life is out of balance?

Only you truly know how you are feeling and what you are thinking.  Being honest with yourself, listening to, and heeding those persistent whispers calling for change, before they become shouts, will help you find balance.

What is your Inner Guidance telling you?  Is it whispering “imbalance” to you through feelings of stress, discontent, agitation, being spread thin, and/or irritability? Fatigue? Depression? Health issues?  Simply a persistent desire for things to be different?

If you are experiencing any of the above, ask yourself if there are certain areas in your life needing more, or even less, attention.

Where do you start?

Assess if you have a balanced lifeAssess your life, state of mind, and how you are feeling.  Where would you like to feel more balance? What are you neglecting?

Would you like more balance among:

  • Doing vs. being
  • Giving vs. receiving
  • Being responsible, vs. being care-free
  • Being alone vs. with others?

Delving a little deeper, do you feel balanced in time and energy spent on your inner vs. your external world?

Inner World:

  • mind/thoughts,
  • emotional life,
  • spiritual life, and
  • physical health and wellbeing

External World:

  • work life,
  • social life,
  • family life, and
  • recreation/fun time

Are you so focused on the activities of life that you are unaware of what is going on inside of you?  Conversely, are you so focused on what is going on within you that you are missing out on living life?

Going deeper…..

You may feel balanced between those two main areas, but desire to balance out the aspects within one or the other. For example, you may feel a need to spend less time thinking, and more time feeling, and connecting to spirit.

Within one or more of those aspects you may desire more balance. For example in the aspect of family, you may desire greater balance between fulfilling family responsibilities and creating healthy boundaries.

Spending time and energy in any of these ways can be positive.  However, excess in any one area can turn that positive into something detrimental to your well-being in the end.

Living a balanced life decreases stress, improves health, and increases well-being.

A balanced life is less stressful and healthier

How do you find your balance?

Knowing what values you hold close to your heart is key in creating a balanced life.  Ultimately, it is the value within that you instinctively seek in your most fulfilling choices. Do what you love.

I teach my clients a process to get their head out of the way, and listen to what their hearts value. Choosing to spend their time and energy in ways that embody those heart-held values helps reduce stress, and increase their fulfillment.

Make a list of your values, and verify that the ways you spend the majority of your time and energy embody those values. Are your values present or absent in the aspects of your life in which you have chosen to create more balance?

How do you create a balanced life?

Commit to being balanced, and embodying that commitment in every decision.

Set intentions.

Make a plan.  Identify tasks needed to achieve your intentions daily, weekly, monthly, annually.  Start with small, baby-step changes.  Then, when you start seeing results, its easier to maintain and build momentum.

Make time to check in with yourself and reassess on a daily basis.  Notice what has and hasn’t worked.  What changes, if any, do you choose to make?

Empower yourself ahead of time to thwart the negative voices and challenges.

Know ahead of time what inner stuff will get in your way so you can be prepared when the resistance rears its head.  It always does.

Know:

  • how you stayed focused in the past when you accomplished the most important things
  • what you need to remember to overcome those worries, fears, doubts, anxieties, and self-sabotaging thoughts
  • how it felt to have succeeded despite the parts of yourself that had a difficult time
  • what you need to tell those parts of yourself
  • how to be kind to yourself so that being balanced feels good

A balanced life

As with any change, it takes time and practice to create new habits.

Give yourself a minimum of 3 months to establish new habits and patterns.  If you stay on track with this intentional process for that long, chances are good you will create lasting new habits and feel more balanced and fulfilled going forward.

Spiritual Symbolism in the Holiday Stories

There Is Rich Spiritual Symbolism in the Holiday Stories

Spiritual Symbolism in the Holiday StoriesThere is rich spiritual symbolism in the holiday stories.

Taking your cue from the spiritual symbolism in the holiday stories, and aligning with the seasonal cycles of nature, can enrich your own journey through spiritual growth to self-actualization. Each of the holiday stories in their own way, and the cycling of the seasons, symbolize the same process: your spiritual growth through illumination of your soul and its growth in consciousness.

The holy days and the winter solstice embody significant stages in our personal and spiritual growth. This is the season of rest, i.e. hibernation, in preparation for renewed life to begin its next phase in Spring.

You likely feel instinctively inclined to connect with your Soul intentions for the coming year at this time.

Many people manifest this inclination by making “resolutions”.

Yet, your Soul intentions are deeper and more meaningful than traditional resolutions.  Your Soul intentions are related to your Purpose, which is connected to your soul’s growth, and is what those inclinations to make resolutions are REALLY about.

Looking deeper at the spiritual symbolism in the holiday stories….

To manifest, i.e. birth,  your Soul intentions, there must parents.  The father figure is the mind, the spirit, the masculine principle.  The mother is the heart, the soul, the feminine receptive principle.

In part, the holiday stories symbolize preparing and purifying yourself by transcending your Human Ego, harmonizing your mind and your heart. In other words, opening to your pure heart and mind working together to manifest your Highest intentions.  Opening in this way, you are birthing the Light within you into your earthly self and existence.

You are birthing your Soul intentions – YOUR Purpose.

Spiritual symbolism in the holiday stories - your inner lightWhen the heart and soul are pure, then the “Child” is born not of the mind, but of the Universal Soul, or the Holy Spirit.  It occurs in the form of Divine Love, entering the human heart and soul. (You know that feeling, don’t you?  The one where you feel deeply inspired, awed, connected, and at peace)?

As Divine Love fills your heart, your Inner Light shines brighter, and your connection to your Purpose is stronger.  You are manifesting your Soul intentions.

As you enter this time of rest and preparation for renewal, reflect upon what you have manifested thus far, and the infinite possibilities awaiting manifestation.

The shortening of days represents the veil of forgetfulness about why you came here and what your purpose is.  As the daylight again increases, your Soul is released into the light, making its way back to Source.

Thus, you have a rich opportunity now to re-connect with your purpose for this lifetime, and set your intentions for the coming year.

Which seeds will you “resolve” to plant?

As you connect with your Source, and open to your Soul’s intentions for this lifetime, do so without reservation or judgement.

Recall the importance of your mind and intellect supporting and protecting that Soul connection through your heart as needed, unconditionally.  Invite your human mind to accept that there is more to your Being than it alone can create, or even understand.

It is a rich time for feeling and experiencing “awe”, which is the most relaxing, stress reducing human emotion. “Awe” is associated also with experiencing unconditional love in the deepest, most profound sense.

Letting your Light shine – more spiritual symbolism of the holiday stories.

Spiritual symbolism in the holiday storiesWhen you are too busy eating, drinking, amusing yourself in the human materialistic sense, there is “no room at the inn” for the one who has received the Divine within.  In other words, your connection to Source isn’t as open, strong, and clear.  Your higher self is not as “welcome”.

When shifting to a “poverty of material conditions” (a.k.a. “the manger”), the connection is made clear, and this inner divine Light is projected from you.  Others can see it from afar, and will be drawn in.

Your Inner Light is there to support, nourish, comfort, heal, and revitalize you on your journey.  It is always within you, and available to you lighting your way.

How will you let your inner light shine more brightly?  What will you bring forth in the new year to bring your Purpose to Life?

I invite you to spend this holy time of solstice reflecting upon your own journey, and opening your pure heart to the possibilities within.

What infinite potential lies within your pure heart, your Soul’s intentions to be birthed in this lifetime?  How can your mind best support this process without your Ego’s judgement interfering?  How will your masculine and feminine aspects harmonize to birth your Purpose?

I find this a very deep, interesting, and complex topic to ponder.  I do not pretend to be an expert in it at all.  What I do profess to be an expert it, is doing my personal best to live my own version of that.  No one else can do it for me.

You are an expert in living your own journey.

Only you could have gotten to exactly where you are, the way you did.  The path you are following is You-nique yours to follow.

You are exactly where you are meant to be, how you are meant to be at all times.

You meant to experience not only the joy, but also the feelings of fear, doubt, and judgement around yourself and your journey.

Spiritual symbolism in the holiday stories - guiding you(I bet you even objected in your own way, if only a little, to the idea of being “an expert in your own journey”, didn’t you?).

Those difficult feelings are your friends and guides.  They are showing you the opportunities for your next steps in your personal growth: to dissolve those fears, doubts, judgements and further purify yourself.  They are showing you where you are blocked from more fully BEING YOU.

The purification process opens you to receive even more clearly from Source, and let your inner light shine even brighter.  In terms of the spiritual symbolism of the holiday stories, it is purifying your heart so that you can experience spiritual birth, and hence renewal.   In so doing, you move closer to living in alignment with your Soul intentions.  Intentionally.

Thank you for BEING You.  In BEING YOU, you fulfill your Purpose, filling your space in the WHOLE.

In the spirit of the spiritual symbolism in the holiday stories, I invite you to devote some quiet, quality time to going within. Connect with stillness, and allow yourself to listen to your own Inner Wisdom. It is guiding you to your next steps with energy, joy, and peace.

During this sacred open time, let your Inner Wisdom help you determine your Soul intentions for 2017, and resolve to align with those to the best of your ability.

The world needs you now more than ever to bring your Purpose to Life, and Life to your Purpose.

How does your mind work?

How Does Your Mind Work?

How does your mind work?  What are its different aspects? How do they work together to create your reality?

Having answers to these questions about your mind can help you be healthier, happier, and more confident.

Did you know that you are unaware of 90-95% of what goes on in your mind?  You live and exist primarily in your conscious mind, which is the part of your mind of which you ARE aware.  It gives the orders, like the captain of a ship.  It is also that part of you that you tend to identify with as being “me”.

Your conscious mind communicates to your inner self and the outer world through speech, pictures, writing, physical movement, and thought. But, did you know that it is only about 5-10% of your brain activity? I bet it seems much larger than that, doesn’t it?

An estimated 50-60% of your brain capacity is what is called subconscious or preconscious.  Your subconscious mind is in charge of your recent memories, and is in continuous contact with the resources of your unconscious mind.

Your unconscious mind is the remaining 30-40% of your brain capacity.  All memories and past experiences, including repressed trauma, and those simply consciously forgotten or no longer important to you, are stored in the unconscious.   Your beliefs, habits, and behaviors are formed from those memories and experiences.

Your unconscious and conscious mind are in constant communication with each other via your subconscious.  Your unconscious mind provides you with meaning in all of your experiences in the world as they are filtered through your beliefs and habits. You perceive your unconscious mind through your feelings, emotions, imagination, sensations, and your dreams.

To Summarize:

A ship’s captain may give the orders, but it is the crew that actually carries them out.  They do their best based on previous experience and training.  Your subconscious and deeper unconscious minds are YOUR crew.  They are what is actually driving and running YOU.  You follow?

The aspects of your mind

5-10% of brain capacity = conscious mind – speech, pictures, writing, physical movement, thought. Your “captain”.

50-60% of brain capacity = subconscious a.k.a. preconscious – information stored for quick recall;  recent memories, information  currently in use – phone numbers, names; recurring thoughts, behavior patterns, habits, feelings. Your “crew”.

30-40% of brain capacity = unconscious mind; long term storage of memories and habits, patterns, etc. Your “crew”.

The information stored in your unconscious and subconscious is essentially the equivalent of programming in your computer.  They receive input from the world around you and your conscious mind, run that input through their programming, and create responses based upon the programming.  The programming began long, long ago….. and can be updated – though not necessarily easily.

Their “goal” is to keep you safe and ensure your survival based upon all of the input you receive.  They are assessing the level of threat to your survival and creating needed responses and changes accordingly. If “it worked in the past”, i.e., you survived, their logic says “it” will get you through similar situations again using the same means.

However, Their Priority IS Survival, Not Quality of Life.

Their primary function is a very primitive instinct built within you, with no regard to how misguided, or painful, or unhelpful the outcome is to you in the world.  Thriving, and enjoying a quality life are something that develops with training and experience, i.e. additional programming.  We will get to that in a future post.

Remember that stress results when there is a perceived threat to your survival.  The resulting stress response in your body favors functions needed short term to survive at the expense of those associated with long term thriving.  This creates dis-ease, premature aging, and a host of problems when it becomes chronic, i.e. your “norm”.

Your survival depends upon direction, coordination, and regulation of many bodily functions by your non-conscious mind.   In other words, the crew of your ship is constantly reading various gages, and making adjustments as needed to keep your ship working.  This includes such things as your heart beat, respiration, digestive functions, hormone production, blood sugar regulation, elimination, blinking your eyes, swallowing, immune system functions, temperature regulation, sleep/wake cycle regulation, etc.

Your ship can continue to sail, whether in rough seas, or simply a course you neither love nor enjoy.  Light winds and calm waters wear on it less…..

Sailing a course for which it is not designed may damage it.

If you are not the right captain with the skills, knowledge and talent for the course you are following, you may also be giving the crew orders that are detrimental to your ship, too.  They may have trouble following your orders if they weren’t adequately trained, talented, prepared.

aquatic-1238422_640

Different ships have different purposes….. Using the right boat for the right application is only part of the challenge. You are YOU-niquely qualified to operate a certain boat on a certain course and straying from that too far can create dis-ease, stress, and other problems. For what are you designed?

And, if you are attempting to use the ship for something other than its designed/intended Purpose, aren’t you also in trouble potentially?
is your mind charting a course for pleasure? what's your mind designed to do? what's your mind prepared to do?

What's weighing on your mind?

Much of this is actually difficult to empirically prove, and has been debated and contested over the years, but has become a largely accepted model that serves many very well.

You are the captain of your ship.

Is your ship designed to do what you are directing it to do?  Are you sailing it according to its innate Purpose?  Or, are you pushing its limits?

Or, perhaps it is sailing at less than its full potential….. Or, maybe it hasn’t left the dock yet…..? What’s it costing you wasting its potential?

Are you “qualified” to direct your ship in the way you are sailing? Is your course aligned with your gifts, traits, talents, and experience? Is your mission aligned with the design of your ship?

All of this relates to what is YOU-nique to you.  How you have been you-niquely designed, and what you are potentially able change or influence to change your reality.  It is about being respons-ABLE, not about blaming yourself.  As a human you are subject to the human condition.

I leave you with those thoughts for now.  We will explore the implications of all of this in relation to your ability to change your journey in future posts.

Here’s to Smooth Sailing!

Light at the End of a “Shouldy” Experience

Adrienne Cow & Kelly 2Have you ever had a day that was difficult yet rich and rewarding in many ways?  I had such a day Tuesday March 15th, resulting ultimately in saving a life. The epitome of Living my Purpose, it was a perfect example of my Mission.

You see, I was again called to help a Being who was living a very “should” existence “gone wrong”.  Turns out she was in for a course-correction to more fully align with her Purpose, and I was blessed to be a part of that, which was, literally a life-saving opportunity.

This Being was Adrienne, a 21-month old very sweet Holstein heifer.  Adrienne was born into our dairy herd with the idea that she would become a milk producer herself – thus beginning her long list of “should’s”.

This is what “should’ve” happened with her:

  • bred first time to give birth at 24-30 months old
  • produce milk for us to sell
  • give birth once a year to maintain milk production
  • live a productive life as a dairy cow – her Mission to fulfill her Purpose.

Because that is “what you should do” in this “family”.

What did happen: she was injured in the barnyard while out with the herd for breeding.  The exact nature of her pelvic injury could not be easily determined, and the vet recommended we give her time and see what happened.  She showed NO signs of pain, and compensated wonderfully for her disability.

I realized I was her best shot at having any quality of life, and I took a stand for her.  That meant pushing myself to a new level.  You see, my previous experience with our cows was that they aren’t receptive to affection and touch. They can quickly cause harm even with no such intention because of their size and power.  Helping her successfully meant I had to push my caution limits. Trust. Faith.

With an open heart, loving intentions, patience, and trust, I was able to treat her with craniosacral therapy and massage 5-7 days/week for almost a month.  Her body released and self-corrected as much as possible.  The swelling reduced.  She was able to bear more weight on the injured side.

Our mutual trust and respect grew. My husband said on more than one occasion, “You can’t do that with a heifer……” (as he watched me doing the “impossible”).  She guided the session, as is true with my human clients.

Despite all of that, her physical disability persisted significantly, leaving her unable to produce a calf with a favorable outcome for either one of them.  And, we learned 4 months after her injury that she was, in fact, 4 months pregnant.

She could not safely continue to live at our place with any quality of life.  She could not “do the job she should do” – be a dairy producer.  No calf = no milk = no job.

What could we do?  Any treatment was beyond our financial means.  Our choices were limited, including ending her life.  I couldn’t do that, though.  I felt that, with the right help (more than we could afford to give her), she could live a good life in the right place.

Her Soul was whispering for a course-correction that had been going unheard.  A course-correction that would better align her with her TRUE Purpose, her TRUE Mission, vs. the “should’s” that she had been living.  The “shoulds” as we believed them to be.  She was hearing those whispers, and thru her injury, and our connection, was communicating them to me.

My heart compelled me to reach out to my friend Susan Hamlin, The Saratoga Animal Whisperer , for support.  Susan suggested placement in a sanctuary.    We started with Spring Farm CARES, who referred us to Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY.

Goodbye -

Monday 3/14/16 at about 5:15 pm I first spoke with Farm Sanctuary.  At 8:30 pm they emailed me that they would take her, and wanted to arrange for pick up as soon as possible.

I talked with their director Tuesday morning the 15th, and we arranged for them to pick her up.  I spent some time with Adrienne explaining what I knew of her future, saying “goodbye for now”, and receiving her thanks……

Just helpin'.jpg

I got a little unsolicited help from her for my day…

Chariot (1).jpgFarm Sanctuary picked her up at 1:30 pm that day.

I knew I was doing the “right thing”, because of the deep connection I have to my Inner Wisdom, yet my human side still worried about her.

The transport team was super. They were incredibly compassionate, and sensitive to my feelings.  They took every effort to make her comfortable, with thick bed of straw in the entire 24-foot trailer, and a bale of their best hay for munching during her trip.

First ClassShe loaded fairly easily.  She balked once, and my husband stopped.  I put my hands on her, and gently told her it was ok, that she was going for the help she needed and the life she deserved.

She was like a hound dog once inside the trailer, sniffing and exploring.  I knew she was ok so far.

She was taken to Cornell University Veterinary Hospital for admission, evaluation, and treatment. For those who don’t know, that is the “go to” place here for involved cases, and when service beyond the ability of the local veterinarians is in order.  I have been told that one of their team members is tops in the country for this situation.

Adrienne has had some X-rays which were inconclusive because of her size and the fact that she was standing.  She will have more while on the table under anesthesia.

She has aborted her calf, which, unfortunately, is best for all.

Now, we wait.  After evaluation and treatment, she will go to live at her new forever home at Farm Sanctuary.  I will visit.

I share this with you because so often we get tied to what or how we think things “should” be.  And, when we don’t open our hearts to the whispers of our Soul to look past those “shoulds”, to our TRUTH, the whispers get louder. The language changes to something we can hear…. often the loud shouts of trauma, crises, disruption.   Typically we then lament, mask the pain and go back to the same ways, vs. listening to the deeper message and responding accordingly.

There is light at the end of your “shoulds”, if you look down the tunnel for it. Open not just your eyes, but your heart to light the way in Trust and Faith.

I would have loved to see her body completely self-correct, and be “normal”.  If that had  happened, she would have continued as a dairy cow.  But I know that she has a different Mission, which would not have happened if things went as they “should have”.

Adrienne’s life is meant to be lived in other ways so that she can serve her Purpose.  In “doing” my Mission  (using my gifts and talents with craniosacral and massage therapy, following my Inner Wisdom) I was able to assist her in living her Purpose. It isn’t for me to know what that is, but to do my part in the journey.  I must remain detached from what I may think “should be”.

And, my Mission is evolving as a result.  My next steps are slowly being built and revealed. My life is forever changed. My nest is a little emptier. Because this sweet Being, in living her Purpose, as influenced how I live mine.

It isn’t always easy.  I am still human.  I sobbed this week as I haven’t in  while.  Despair, frustration, grief, relief, hope, gratitude, and joy.  Priceless.

Adrienne’s Purpose is still revealing itself, and it is still being served.  Being a dairy cow was the Mission she “should” have had.  Her TRUE Mission is being revealed as she more fully lives in alignment with her Purpose.  Who knows how many more lives she will touch?  She is HOME now, in her life.  Are you?

Your Purpose is what you HAVE  and your Vision is what will BE as a result of DOING your Mission.

My Purpose is to use my gifts and talents freely to transform the world, and my Soul’s Intentions for this lifetime are fulfilled.  It is my destiny and my birthright.   My Mission is what I DO to accomplish that.  My Vision is what will BE when that all falls into place.
